Fort Riley Event
The concrete the course will be setup on.
The Salina Region SCCA, with help from Kansas Region SCCA and the soldiers and support personnel from Fort Riley will be holding an Autocross event on Marshall Air Field at Fort Riley, KS. The airfield is right off Rt 70.

Everyone that entered is in the event. We went a little over our max but did not want to turn anyone away.

HELMETS
If you have, or can get, a helmet for the event it would be much appreciated. We do have loaner helmets, but might not have enough for all drivers and passengers. The helmet must be SNELL 95 rated or newer. If you are unsure, bring the helmet and we can inspect it.
IMPORTANT NOTE TO SOLDIERS
In order to drive in this event you must have a drivers record check. If you have a DUI or Reckless Driving on your record you will not be allowed to drive in the event. If at all possible you should be at the site on Saturday between 1500 and 1700 to have you vehicle inspected, complete your registration and have the drivers check done. If you can not make it during this time please send your social security number to Lt Col Mele, Commander of the 1-1 Attack Reconnaissance Battalion. That is a military e-mail and you should use a military address to send it for security.
PAYMENT
The event is $20 for drivers, payment will be collected at the event.
There is no charge for guests but you will need to sign a waiver at the event.
FOOD
Food will be available for purchase on-site for military and civilians.
SCHEDULE
Saturday November 21st
11 am: Meet and Greet at Cracker Barrel
Noon: Course Setup starts at Noon. Help would be appreciated.
3pm: Tech Begins. Coursewalk Available. Registration (if event not full) and Sign In for Preregistered Drivers.
Anyone that can be here on Saturday should plan to do so. This will make it much easier Sunday morning. Soldiers, see note above about drivers license check.
Dark: Leave Site.
Sunday November 22nd
You can arrive on site as early as you want to start getting ready.
7am: Coursewalk, possibly earlier.
8am: Tech Begins. Registration (if event not full) and Sign In for Preregistered Drivers.
Heat 1 and 2 drivers, please try to arrive on site before 8am if possible. You will need to get checked in and your vehicle teched before 9am.
9am: Drivers Meeting (mandatory for Heat 1 and 2 Drivers)
9:30am: Heat 1 Starts
Registration ends at the end of Heat 2, or when full. Sign In for Preregistered Drivers
Break Between Heat 2 and 3 for course walk.
Heat 3 and 4.
Clean up Course.

WEATHER
Event will go on rain or shine. In the event of snow, ice or extreme cold (high of 40 or less) the event will be postponed. Check back here for updates.
